Troubleshooting.
The five things that go wrong, and how to fix them.
1. The screen is blank.
Unplug, wait 5 seconds, plug back in. If still blank, try a different USB cable. 90% of the time this is the cable.
2. I can't find the SatScratcher WiFi network.
It disappears after you've connected to your home WiFi once. If you want to change networks, hold the top button for 5 seconds to reset.
3. The hashrate is lower than advertised.
Normal fluctuation; it depends on the firmware's work cycle and your room temperature. Anything from 700–1100 KH/s is fine.
4. The mascot is stuck on Losing.
This means the device can't reach a mining pool. Check WiFi. If your WiFi is fine, the public pool is probably having a bad day — give it an hour.
5. Something else is broken.
