What you're buying
A physical electronic device: an ESP32-2432S028R ("CYD") development board pre-flashed with a customized build of NMMiner firmware. It's a novelty desk toy that mines Bitcoin at a hashrate best described as "basically nothing." It is sold as-is for its entertainment and aesthetic value, not as a financial instrument or investment vehicle.
No promises about mining
We do not promise that the device will ever successfully mine a block or produce any Bitcoin. In fact, we actively tell you it won't. Any Bitcoin it does produce (shares, blocks, fractions thereof) belongs to you, the buyer, and goes to the Bitcoin address you enter during setup. We never hold, custody, or touch your Bitcoin.
Payment
Payment is processed by Snipcart and Stripe. We never see your card number.

Warranty
The device is covered by a 30-day functionality warranty from delivery. If it arrives DOA or fails within 30 days through no fault of yours, email us and we'll replace it. Physical damage, liquid damage, or flashing third-party firmware voids this warranty.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the device. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost lottery tickets, emotional distress about not winning Bitcoin, or disappointment.
Changes
We may update these terms. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
