Privacy.
Short version: we collect what Snipcart and Stripe need to ship you a thing. We do not sell it, share it, or build a profile of you.
What we collect
- Order data — name, email, shipping address, order contents. Needed to ship the thing.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe via Snipcart. We never see your full card number.
- Support email — if you email us, we keep the thread so we can help you.
What we do not collect
- No tracking pixels. No Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, no ad retargeting.
- No third-party marketing cookies.
- No newsletter signup (because there is no newsletter).
- No data from the device itself. The SatScratcher does not phone home. It talks to a public Bitcoin mining pool and that is all.
Who sees your data
- Snipcart processes your cart and order.
- Stripe processes your payment.
- USPS receives your shipping address on the label.
- Netlify serves this site (standard request logs).
- Us (one human). We read orders and answer support emails.
Your rights
Email us and we'll delete everything we have about you, except what tax regulations require us to keep (order records for ~7 years). We'll confirm when it's done.
