Shipping and Returns.
USPS padded mailer, shipped from a US address by an actual human.
Processing time
1–3 business days. Each device is flashed and test-booted before it ships, so there's a small amount of manual work per order. If you ordered on a Friday night, expect it to move on Monday.
Shipping — United States
USPS First-Class padded mailer, ~$4.50 shipping cost built into the $39 purchase price (so shipping reads as "free"). Typical delivery is 3–5 business days after shipping. Tracking is included.
Shipping — International
Not available directly from this site in v1. If you want one shipped abroad, email hi@satscratcher.shop and we'll quote you actual USPS First-Class International (~$18–22 depending on country). If you're a European buyer, our Etsy listing may be easier — it has international shipping already set up.
Returns
30 days from delivery. The device must be undamaged and in its case. Return shipping is on you. We refund the full purchase price upon receipt (not the original shipping, which was a real cost). No restocking fee. No hard feelings.
DOA or defective
If your device arrives dead, or dies within 30 days through no fault of yours, email us with a photo or short video and we'll replace it at our cost, no return required. We'd rather mail you a replacement than argue about it.
Lost in transit
If USPS loses your package, we'll ship a replacement after 14 business days from the ship date (the point at which USPS considers it likely lost rather than delayed). If the original somehow turns up later, keep it.
